Recently Ministry of Health and family welfare and Medical Council of India (https://www.mohfw.gov.in/pdf/Telemedicine.pdf) published guidelines for teleconsultation.
The teleconsultation is to guide the patient and related family members/caregivers about the nature of the treatment plan. For follow up cases it can help clarify some doubt. The Treatment of pediatric and congenital heart disease requires a thorough physical examination and other essential investigations like Chest X-Ray, ECG, and dedicated and targeted individual echocardiogram and other tests as and when necessary. E Guidance cannot replace the need and utility of detail physical evaluation.
For E Consultation please get an appointment for E guidance by mailing the request to draksinghi@yahoo.com along with patient reports and identity proof. The usual time of E Consultation at 8 pm and on Sunday at 8 am by appointment only.
Once confirmation is received, please fill up the form on the website www.anilsinghi.net/e-appointment-payment and pay the requisite fee.
It will require a Zoom/ similar interphase to digitally interact. Confirmation of the identity of the patient and caregiver is essential.
After a successful E-Appointment, a Digital guidance report will be sent to the registered Email. The money receipt will be autogenerated after successful payment. Payment is non-refundable.
